01Station transfer & car keepingWe pick you up and drop you off at the nearest station (JR Nagaokakyo / Hankyu Nagaoka-tenjin). We'll also keep one of your cars while you travel—any size.

02Standard insurancePersonal, property, vehicle and passenger cover on every rental. No extra charge.

03Unlimited mileageDrive as far as you like—no distance charge. You choose where to go.

The base fare is simply hours used × seasonal rate. That's all—no surcharges, no hidden fees. From 24 hours, by the hour (rounded up).

Three seasons. High = cherry blossom, Golden Week, Obon, autumn leaves, year-end/New Year. Weekend/Holiday = other Sat/Sun/holidays. Weekday = all others. Overnight use is billed hour by hour at each day's rate.

When you payYou pay by credit card at the time of booking. Only if additional charges arise (such as an extension) do we finalise the breakdown at return and send a payment link by email.

Date changesContact us by email or LINE. Within 6 months of the original departure date, your full payment is applied; up to 1 year, half; not possible beyond 1 year. If it costs more, you pay only the difference.

ExtensionCharged at the hourly rate for the period (no surcharge, subject to availability).
