01 — VEHICLE

One rate per season.

Rent from a 24-hour minimum, billed by the hour (rounded up). Each season has a single hourly rate — hours used × rate, nothing more.

For rentals spanning days, each hour is billed at the rate of the day it falls on (simple sum across seasons).

▸ Early pickup / late return fees

The standard window is pickup and return between 7:00 and 17:00 (no extra charge). Pickup between 5:00 and 7:00 adds ¥2,000 + the hourly rate for the early hours, and return between 17:00 and 20:00 adds ¥2,000 + the hourly rate for the late hours. Calculated automatically from your selected times.

Example: weekday, 5:00 pickup → next-day 19:00 return — ¥38,000 (vehicle, 38h) + ¥2,000 (early) + ¥2,000 (late) = ¥42,000

02 — COVERAGE

Three levels of protection.

Enrolling in one of the plans is required (per day, tax included). The number of days is counted by the calendar days your rental spans. Open a card to check the details right there.

04 — OTHER TERMS

Payment and cancellation

When you payYour booking is confirmed once your card is registered. Payment is taken from your registered card automatically 13 days before your rental date (after the free-cancellation period ends). Bookings made within 14 days of the rental date are paid immediately at the time of booking.

Deposit¥50,000 is held on your card. It's only actually charged in the event of an accident or damage; with no problems it's released automatically after return (the release may take a few days to appear).

Date changesUp to 8 days before departure: pay only the difference (no cancellation fee). After 8 days before departure, changes aren't possible (cancellations follow the cancellation policy).

Extension chargesThe hourly rate for the relevant time band — no surcharge (subject to availability)
