From booking online to returning the vehicle, the process is simple — no complicated paperwork, no hassle on the day.

Book & Prepare
Book online. Right up until departure, you have plenty of room to change plans or cancel.
STEP 02
Depart & Travel
Pick up at the garage and hit the road. Drive as far as you like, with no distance limit.
STEP 03
Return & Pay
Return the vehicle and you're done. Payment was already settled when you booked — only extra charges, if any, are billed afterward.

Start with a booking online. Complete payment on the spot, and your reservation is confirmed right away. You'll still have plenty of room to change plans or cancel before departure.
Reserve
- Simply choose your dates and vehicle from the online booking screen.
- Bookings are accepted up to 2 days before departure. Availability is shown in real time.
- There is no security deposit — you pay the full rental charge at the time of booking.
Before departure
- For date changes, contact us by email or our official LINE. If your new dates fall within 6 months of the original departure date, your full payment is applied to the new booking.
- The cancellation fee is 5% up to 14 days before departure (equivalent to the payment processing fee). After that, our standard cancellation policy applies.
- Additional drivers can be registered up to 3 days before departure.
- The day before, we send an email with meeting details and contact information for departure day.

On the day, pick up the vehicle at our garage. We'll walk you through everything, so even first-timers can drive off with confidence. From there, it's no distance limit — go as far as you like.
Pick up
- Handover at our garage. Standard departure is 7:00 (early departures from 5:00 are also available).
- Free shuttle from the nearest stations — JR Nagaokakyo and Hankyu Nagaoka-tenjin.
- We'll keep one of your own vehicles for you during your trip (any size).
- Our staff will show you how to use all the equipment on site.
Travel
- Mileage is unlimited — enjoy the freedom to go wherever you like.
- If you run into trouble, call the emergency contact number provided on the day.
- Roadside assistance is fully in place to support you, just in case.
Return,
& pay.

Once you return the vehicle, your rental is complete. Payment was already settled when you booked. Only if additional charges arise (such as an extension) do we finalize the breakdown at return, and you complete payment via a link sent by email.
Return
- Standard return is 17:00 (late returns up to 20:00 are available).
- At the garage, our staff will check the vehicle's condition together with you.

- You pay your rental charge by credit card when you book. Only if additional charges arise (such as an extension) do we finalize the breakdown at return and let you know.

Driver's license
Please bring one for everyone who will be driving. That's the only thing you truly need.
Bedding, cookware, dishes and more can be added as a rental when you book. Campfire sets and coolers are available too — you can travel almost empty-handed.
