It's done in a few simple steps.

  • Booking confirmed: the moment your online payment is completed
  • Payment: pay by card when you book — only additional charges such as extensions are settled at return

Choose your dates & vehicle

On the calendar for your preferred vehicle, pick your departure date, then your return date (one set of dates per vehicle).

Choose your departure and return date and time (minimum 24 hours).

Standard: pickup and return between 7:00 and 17:00 (no extra charge). Pickup between 5:00 and 7:00 adds +¥2,000 plus the hourly rate for the early hours; return between 17:00 and 20:00 adds +¥2,000 plus the hourly rate for the late hours.

Plans change — that's fine. For date changes, just reach out by email or our official LINE (if your new dates fall within 6 months of the original departure date, your full payment is applied to the new booking).
